Character Sheet Example
I just felt lost, intimidated, confused…I just didn’t even know where to start.
Sound familiar? We know how hard it can be to start a new exercise program or diet…it just seems like there is so much conflicting information everywhere, and exercise videos (oh so many of those), and pilates….and hot yoga? Where do we begin? We start right here.
Just like any RPG, the first step is creating your character and finding out your stats! What we have created for you is a character sheet that will let you to get some feedback on where you are CURRENTLY. This is a baseline. Our goal was to show you where you stand currently, to give you a starting point for your journey. We have done extensive literature review and have used the latest exercise science research and outcome measures in order to create a form that that you can perform yourself with very minimal equipment.
You can utilize this character sheet in several ways:
A one-page summary of your real life health stats. Don’t worry if these aren’t where you want them yet! No one became epic in a day.
A tool to develop your personal fitness and health goals.This sheet helps you create your own quests to reach the next level.
A way to find your strengths and weaknesses. I know I don’t have the best mobility, so that is something I choose to work on. Similarly, you may find that you aren’t as strong or as agile as you thought you were. This sheet helps you find your deficits (as well as the things you truly rock at).
A way to visually track your progress. Everyone loves to increase their stat sheet, right? (I’m looking at you, Rogue who rolled 3 18s).
A page where you can create your Fitness Avatar. Creating another persona is one of the most enjoyable parts of playing RPGs. Don’t be Sam the Sleepy, be Samitel, Devourer of Chaos.
